I hate barking dogs even more than I hate false-triggering car alarms.
Actually, I don't hate the dogs - I hate the buttholes who own them but don't love them enough to take proper care of them. Invariably, the butthole owners just HAD TO HAVE that oh-so-cute little puppy, but then they work until 10:00 at night and stay out clubbing until 3 AM on the weekends, leaving the poor dog(s) tied up in the back yard all alone. And it's almost always TWO dogs - the buttholes probably figure that the second dog will keep the first dog company; instead, now there are TWO loud voices calling out for their pack in the middle of the night.
In SoCal the problem is compounded because every house sits on a postage-stamp-sized lot, so any noises coming from neighboring houses are much closer (i.e. LOUDER).
And don't get me started on the scumbags who just open their front door (always under the cover of darkness) and let their dogs run around the nieghborhood pooting on everyone else's front lawns. These are the people who deserve to have flaming bags of dogpoo thrown through their living room windows...
On Street Parking: Who owns the roadother posters have already handled the legality issue - in most cases, it is legal to park there. i think the more salient point though is what can you and your neighbor...
But I digress. :)
You definitely should. Need any help? ;)
