"Ted B."
Having no more options I decided to check spark plugs once more. This time I decided to check-compare size and strength of sparks, not like before the condition of spark plugs.
I did not touch the spark plugs installed, to much work to remove them. I just disconected wires from them, one at a time. Idea was to do all 6, until I see weak or no spark at all. Next I stuck an old spark plug into just disconected wire, and placed it on top of the engine, making sure there is a good "ground". Of course the other end of wire was still attached to the coil.
Final step-I started engine and watched sparking.
First wire tested was from cyl 2. Great sparks almost like welding. Second wire (cyl 4) lousy sparks, sometimes a weak one, sometimes none. Damaged wire? Lets switch wires. I instaled the (tested moment before) wire from 2nd cyl, on 4th cyl coil. Good tested wire used to provide enough "juice" for cyl 2 spark plug, and no "juice" to spark plug from 4th cyl coil. This was end of testing. I did not bother to test rest of cylinders. $60 later, and 2 hands with very little undamaged and-or unburned skin left :-), the engine was running like new, well almost like new :-). Have a nice day.
