A while ago I told a story about a bloke who threatened to break my neck which seemed to be a result of slow moving traffic. I won't go into the details of that incident this time though. Since the incident I have met this guy on a number of occasions, and on about half of these occasions he was driving like an idiot.

Today I had to brake hard to avoid a collision with him. He was driving far too fast in a 30mph built up area. I was just about to pbutt a parked car near a junction, and he came flying around the corner.
A while back I met him at a junction. He just managed to stop without pulling out in front of me, but was right in the middle of the junction, so my tiny car could only just squeeze through.

Anyway, my conclusion is that this driver is a total idiot, and a danger on the roads. Is there any way I would be able to get the police to watch him or something? I know they can look out for drunk drivers, but this driver is probably at least as bad as a drunk driver. I know where the bloke lives, the car he drives (including reg), and exactly where and when they can see him driving like an idiot. When he threatened me I also made a complaint about him. This bloke really has supprised me, I don't think I've seen anyone as bad :-o
