What a Great New Law!! 2318

"Crock of poo" pretty well describes your responce. It isn't the most illogical or moronic posts I've ever read, but it ranks right up there. You present no logical arguments to counter what I posted, but rather you only blather out a bunch of moronic attacks. But, that's typical of morons who blindly accept everything handed down by government. They can't formulate logical counter arguments, and in a knee jerk reaction, they go off, foaming at the mouth, like a rabid dogs.

I'll say it again, because I know it to be true.

Well, yes, but at some point you're not taking reasonable precautions in the face of plausible risks; you're insuring your roof against meteors. A good agent...

Mandatory Liability is a Violation of our Right of Innocence until proven guilty. It makes one Mandatorily Liable for damages they didn't cause, forcing everybody to pay for damages they didn't cause. When one is forced to purchase Mandatory Liability, and they have no accident, they do not get their premiums back, but instead that money goes to pay for damages they didn't cause.

Mandatory Liability forces one to purchase insurance to protect the another from one's self, on the presumption the other will purchase insurance to protect the one. But, in fact, we know that the other hasn't always purchased insurance to protect the one. And, in fact, some states do not even require Mandatory Liability of their citizens. What this does is to render many people unable to protect themself from others, others who may not be protecting the one either.

And, to compound this abomination even further, some states require both Mandatory Liability AND Uninsured Motorist. They force one to purchase Insurance to protect others from the one, on the presumption the others will purchase insurance to protect the one from themself. Then, they turn around and force the one to purchase Insurance to protect themself from those others!

This is nothing more than legislation pushed through by Insurance companies in order to line their pockets. This is just another example of how the United States is no longer a Nation of the people, by the people and for the people, but instead a government of the Corporation, by the Corporation and for the Corporation.

This "Crock of poo" is based on the notion that in order to be allowed to exercise our Rights, we must be a sueable enbreasty, able to compensate for any damages we MIGHT cause. Directly in violation of our Right of Innocence. Nobody is obligated to be able to compensate for any damages they might cause. This is an ILLOGICAL and MORONIC notion, which if extended further will make us all prisoners of Insurance, stripped of our Rights until we can afford to purchase Insurance.

Now, if you wish to address any or all of the points I have made here, do so. But, if all you have to offer is more of your Moronic and Illogical blathering, your Right of Speech has been suspended due to a lack of Insurance to cover the Libel Charges you might incur.
