Indeed. Because drivers forget about the fact there may be a hazard such as a horse just around a bend.

Yes, it does. Because a road isn't a place to be playing, but it IS a place where it's perfectly legitimate to ride a horse.

Congratulations.

Of COURSE it f***ing well is.

Like so many.

Yes.

No, they're roads that happen to not have a lower speed limit than NSL on them. That does NOT make them "60mph roads". Some are. Others aren't. Because you might find a horse rider just round a bend. Or a cyclist. Or a pedestrian. Or some f***ing idiot grockle's car left parked in a pbutting space. Or a tractor with bloody great big sharp metal loading tines pointing straight at your windscreen.

Now, why would I do that? Because I've completely and utterly failed to observe a hazard?

I was following somebody this morning along a 40-50mph urban road. The ped lights changed. He went through, I stopped. I was back behind him within about half a mile, without trying.

Tell you what, you learn to drive first. No, not just learn to pbutt your driving test. Learn to drive. Properly.
