Following the flow of traffic isn't going to work if you're cited for speeding, or are involved in a traffic collision. Essentially, if I do speed, it's...

This is just a BS answer and if you did not know it when you wrote it, you have no judgement nor common sense. I suspect your belief is that slower traffic is anyone who slows you down for even a few moments. I suspect that you believe you have a right to drive as fast as you want no matter how it affects the people around you. I suspect you believe that people on the road obeying the speed limits are stupid sheep who shouild get off of Your road. I'll give you a few simple yes-no questions. If I am driving at the 85th percentile speed, am I slower traffic? How about the 51th percentile speed? How about if I am doing 75 in a 70 pbutting a car doing 68 with a car approaching at 90 that is out of sight behind a hill?

N8N I like the way that you decide that speed limits "are asinine and are not reflective...

How many miles of high quality speed limit free highways are there in the world? Damn few and most are in Germany. If you want to adopt German motoring laws, enforcement standards, vehicle standards, and driver standards, then maybe I could see having some speed limit free roads. But even on the German Autobahns, they have speed limits in congested zones. Until you can upgrade our highways, train our drivers, and provide affordable alternate means of transportation for non-performing drivers, I think the best you can hope for is speed limits set by some fair means. Pick a method, I can live with it. But quit justifying breaking one law and then gripping about people who break another law (especially when the other law is often an ill defined law).

Sigh, again you are deciding what is safe and unsafe, courteous and discourteous based on what you want. You want to speed, so speeding is not unsafe. You want people to move over to let you speed, so people who are just trying to complete a pbutt in a reasonable manner are unsafe and discourteous. You really do think it is all about you.

And enforcing speed limits can do the same thing. If tomorrow, the various enforcement agencies started rigorously enforcing all the KRETP and STKR and speed limit laws would you be happy? I suspect you would be very unhappy.

No it's not;if you don't know the difference, you shouldn't be driving. In reality, you're just trying to create some exception or justification for YOU not doing the right thing.(STKR) Whether...

OK, I guess I should have referred to the anti-LLB fanatics. I was just referring to the group who seem to believe that anyone who interferes with their right to drive as fast as they damn well please for even a few momwents is a LLB.
