What's wrong with rolling stopsPersonally I dislike Yield signs because of the ambiguity. Some people seem to have the idea that if there is a yield sign, it is OK for them to pull...
Also why Chrysler and the Japanese developed folding-seat minivans. Being able to fold the seats, or at least the rear seat, down, was one of the advantages SUVs had over minivans. My old relic 95 Caravan has removable seats, but it is a pain. I can do it by myself, but most females or smaller they haven't been in the van since I moved, and probably won't be till I sell the thing. It is my truck, now. I use the Honda for commuting and road trips.
I do miss wagons, though. Too bad Chrysler made the Magnum so butt-ugly and overpriced. That platform could have made a nice practical replacement for the old family grocery getter, and I bet they would have sold as many or more than they are now. Lots of people need RWD for towing, and would happily dump their SUVs and pickups. That retro boy-racer wannabe styling is gonna get tired real fast, methinks. Audi makes a nice wagon, that actually looks decent, but it is WAY outa my price range. The Subarus and such are nice, but on the small side for hauling anything.
