Call them and inquire about it.

It would be best to try driving on the highway when traffic is relatively light before you take the test. The more you drive, the more experience you'll get.

Adjusting your exterior mirrors properly will make driving on the highway much easier. Proceed as follows:

While sitting in the driver's seat, lean to the left and rest your head against the driver's side window. Adust the driver's side mirror outward until you just barely see the side of the car or as far out as it will go, whichever comes first.

Now lean over to the right so that your head is in line with the rear-view mirror. Adjust the pbuttenger side mirror outward until you just barely see the side of the car, or as far outward it will go, whichever comes first. This will minimize the "blind spots" you'll have when driving.

When preparing to get on the highway, do not tailgate the vehicles on the on ramp. Use the ramp to accelerate up to highway speed such that you will be moving at nearly the same speed as through traffic as you prepare to merge. Find a gap in traffic as soon as possible and adjust your speed so that you'll be beside it when you get to the merge point.

When you're on the highway, keep right except to pbutt. When preparing to change lanes, check your mirrors and directly beside you. When you determine that you have sufficient space and no one will catch up with you anytime soon, signal, check your mirrors again, and then change lanes.

When preparing to take an exit, do not slow down until you're fully in the deceleration lane.

Also, try to look far ahead and do not just focus your attention on the car in front of you.

I can't answer your questions about specific locations, but the examiner will most definitely tell you where to go and what to do. You'll most likely also have to demonstrate you can parallel park as well.

They should give you a general idea.
