What the L

Me approaching roundabout in L2 of 2, indicator on and both lanes empty except for me intending to turn right.

Car pulls off the roundabout and stops on the same road, facing towards me - that a single width and quite narrow section of road. Road has a small triangle at the roundabout separating the two sides, then a bollard a little way along the road, the two linked by painted hatchings. The stopped car is mid way between these, which is a rather stupid place to stop as it would force anyone coming off the roundabout to pull out then back in very acutely and over the hatchings to overtake into the face of oncoming vehicles. The road has just enough of a left curve coming off the roundabout, to probably hide the car from other drivers exiting the roundabout.

The above car stopped just as I was on the approach and almost level with him, then behind him comes a driving school car with pupil at the wheel. Too late the L driver notices the parked car and to avoid him pulls straight into my path.

Driving instructor wearing yellow floro coat hits panic mode... Knees come up and arms across face to protect him from the anticipated head on impact with me, luckily pupil was made of stearner stuff.
