As for the gasoline, that is the person's *choice*. They driver faster, they *pay* for the gas.
I don't forego safety considerations, butthole. I just realize that exceeding the posted limit has very little to do with safety.

Haven't you notice, twit boy. People are voting with their right foot. Almost everyone exceeds the posted limit, and study after study has shown they do so only to the point of what is actually a reasonable speed for the road (so much so that traffic engineers recommend setting the limits for roads based on what drivers drive at). So if you're bumbling along at an artificially low speed to follow a sign like a good little serf...
