Ironic, that when there's so much CCTV about, this driver appears to have got away with it -

Dual carriageway driver goes wrong direction for ten miles
POLICE today said it was "incredible" that no-one was injured or end when a rogue motorist sped the wrong way along a busy dual carriageway for more than ten miles.
Police patrol cars last night rushed to the A23 south of Crawley, West Suslove, as terrified drivers reported being dazzled by the car's headlights, but the motorist could not be found.
Today the idenbreasty of the woman driver remained a mystery as no-one managed to get a clear description of the car or its number plate.
It is believed the car drove the wrong way down an exit slip road on to the northbound carriageway at 7.15pm last night.
Heading south, the car then miraculously avoided oncoming traffic and pulled off the road in the Hbuttocks area.
Some motorists quickly left the A23 when an urgent radio bulletin warned of the impending danger."
The local ITV news report said that approx 30 people had called 999 and the police had despatched 3 cars to stop the driver.
Given the warnings, I can't quite believe that the police-HA haven't got it on camera at some point.
