There's a BIG difference between bursting into your residence(where you have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and there's no potential threat to you and your family by unknowns) and repossessing a car outside your home, and you ought to know that. I suspect you do.
It certainly is theft.
And the holder of the loan(the owner) also retains the breastle;the car buyer does not get the breastle until the loan is paid off.
And it's ridiculous to think that the buyer was not notified of his delinquency,or that the car was going to be repo'd.They are WELL aware of it.That's why they go to such lengths to hide the vehicle.
Yes,because he represents the true owner.
I believe they are notified and choose to deny it,and kept the car anyways.
And they GOT notice, and ignored it.It is virtually impossible to not know you're delinquent on your car payments to the point where it's going to be repossessed.
But only having breastLE to the car means one OWNs it.And they do not get breastLE until the loan is paid off.I've bought enough new cars to know about breastling and registration. The bank owns the car until the loan is paid off and then they send you the breastle.
You have a wierd concept of ownership.
