Go on then, explain to me how 150 km-h ~94 mph is a perfectly safe and reasonable speed on an autostrada but would result in a court appearance in the UK. Explain how 240 km-h, ~150 mph is a perfectly safe and reasonable speed on a two-lane section of autobahn but would result in a court appearance and a ban in the UK. How can a speed be reasonable and appropriate in one country but dangerous in another country?
breasts... 282Still got the 4x4? buttuming that we're talking about CO2, since extra-urban pollution from oxides of nitrogen is not a major...
Try to avoid racist, xenophobic bollocks in your reply.
If you accept that these speeds are legal and reasonable in another country then there must be an acceptance that those limits in the UK are entirely arbitrary.
BTW, I spent years commuting to work at 155mph, and it would have been faster if I could have been arsed to have the limiter removed. Still here, didn't have any accidents, never even came close to having an accident. But then again I was trained to drive properly, not given a licence and turned out on the roads never having driven on a motorway or at any speed greater than 60mph.
