No, tourist taxes do. At least here in Florida. I can't speak for other states.
Nope. People driving like f***heads on the interstate justify the existance of the highway patrol.
Yup, they're a semi-good metric that the cops aren't just eating doughnuts.
You're stupid enough to get a ticket, you deserve the results. Besides, here in Florida, taking traffic school prevents the insurance company from considering tickets, and they don't enforce the "only 5 times in your life" law, which I think is a little strange.
Yup. Go speeding down Bithlo's main road because you can't slow down, and you'll get a little behavior-modification punishment, also known as a ticket. Enough morons do this that they keep the local government running for free.
Most people drive like ****s. As far as I'm concerned, they don't give out ENOUGH tickets.
right or privilege or BIG BUSINESS 3813Gene Cash You mean only unsuspecting tourists get tickets? Well, anyone can fall for those speed traps where they hand out dozens of tickets, even if they are always set up at...
I've had to call the police so they'd ticket the buttholes that insist on doing u-turns where it's posted on the near median, the far median, and next to the traffic light "NO U-TURNS" 3 goddamn large signs and they still do u-turns.
I've had to call the cops where people decide they can just drive right through the local 4-way stop or the traffic light.
I've also had to call the cops where some jerk, usually a rice-boy, decides he can park taking up two spaces, usually inches from my bike.
