rude drivers nope. rude TRUCKERS... 1932

i thought it was pretty strange too, that's why i posted it. i tried to be as honest and descriptive as possible--after it happened a few times, i was going "is this trucker practical joke day?" ten times is a lot; but this is a nine-hour drive, so only a little more than 1 per hour. some were more egregious than others; one was *especially* bad as i was a few miles from teh eastern city limits of el paso--i think he was tryin to dodge a slow driver coming onto the fwy just as traffic was starting to pick up as we headed into a metro area. i was actually in the middle lane as he was in the RH lane. i had to make a quick lane change to get out of his way as he started moving over while was next to his rear flank pbutting him.

that was the one that was freshest in my mind as i made my original post, and happened to be the most dangerous instance, which probably colored my evident frustration.

it's really not that different than other posts i've seen by truckers who complain about having a rash of 4-wheelers swerve in front of them to make their exits at the last second on a given route. in those posts, the only common thread is the trucker, so are we to buttume that the trucker is the problem?

Not necessarily. The difference is that with professional truckers, you have some butturance that at least at one time they had to demonstrate some knowledge and competence. That is not...
