We don't have all the facts. There is a light 200 feet past the tracks. What if the light turned green, and everybody started onto the tracks because they knew they had enough time. Yet, some f***ing sloth decided to play games, and the light turned red before they could move. Still their fault? Partially at least. But, you have to admit that some blame would fall on the sloth idiot.

Should people drive onto tracks without a way off? No. But how about if the light was red, everyone was going through, and some sloth was in the lead. As traffic was bunching up, the light turned red, and sloth stopped even though they should have gone on. The bunched up traffic locked up the brakes, some of whom are now on the tracks. They had no control over it in this scenario.

My point is, we weren't there. Half the people blame the drivers, half say they were not at fault. The investigators are saying that it was their fault, and that it is impossible to improve the crossing without spending hundreds of millions of dollars.

See, it isn't about safety, it is about revenue.
