Petrol pump usageYes, most people I know, like us only use their cars because they have to. I commute to work on the train because I can...
At one end there is the totally impatient arrogant driver who will not give an inch, and at the other end there is someone holding up traffic through ignorance or selfishness. Both are just as bad as each other. I guess like most, I fit into the middle area, whereby I am patient with odd behaviour for a while providing its not totally taking the pee, let *one* car into a queue etc. You can usually tell from car "body" language that the person is unsure of their whereabouts and give them a bit of space. Not the usual white van treatment of sitting up their arse shouting foul abuse and then surprised when they stop and turn suddenly. Its so easy to get blasˇ travelling the same route all the time as I do, where you know every inch of the tarmac. Very easy to get upset with people doing the wrong thing. I could so easily get red in the face with anger at times (and have done), but I've found it often makes me feel better in the long run if I suck it up for those first few moments of rage. I arrive far less worn out and stressed that way. If I loose it, I am tense and tired for the rest of the day.
